At Carolinas Specialty Hospital, our hard work and efforts are rewarded daily by the patients and family members we serve. Not only are we thanked in person on a regular basis, we receive countless letters, poems and artwork showing appreciation.

Dear Staff Member,
This is a note to say thank you to all the personnel on the 7th floor of the Specialty Hospital for the excellent care you gave my Mom and all of my family. I would appreciate it if you would pass on our gratitude and thanks for being there for us in such a caring and loving way. To say it meant a lot is an understatement! Specical thanks to Wound Care RN who worked so hard to make Mom's wound stable. She is a Wow!
We were so hopeful that things would get better but it was not to be. Our hearts are heavy with grief right now, but her memories are many and we can smile knowing these memories will sustain us for the future.

I do believe that God has placed angels in that hospital. And we both appreciate everything that all of you did for us both during my husband's stay in there. Dear Staff,
On behalf of the Family of Patient, I want to personally send you our heart felt THANK YOU.
Thank you all who took care of Patient that Friday night she came while she was in your hospital. A very special Thank You to Case Manager for all the many phone calls he answered and the many questions we were asking and even going beyond when she was not his patient anymore. We were so glad we got to meet you, you're a very caring man. We know you will do well in your job. Thank you to all.
We love our sister very much, if you had know her you would have known how sweet she really was and she would have told you not to fuss about her. We always said if we were to get sick, she is who you wanted to take care of you, she was a very giving, compassionate woman. Our hearts are broken that we have lost her, because her other family did not care enough. She did not deserve to die this way.
Patient's spirit has the freedom to soar high above the clouds where she is free of that body and no longer suffering or in pain. She is now with our parents, two brothers and two little angels that we have lost, where she has found peace.
Our family will always remember the loving staff of Carolinas Specialty Hospital.
